Dr. Jui  Mandke  completed her basic medical education (MBBS) from Mumbai University after which she attended the General Surgery Training program at KEM Hospital where she got interested in Surgery in children. She further continued to do Super specialisation in Pediatric Surgery in the prestigious SJKC trust hospital in Sangli which had a lovely mix of academic learning, practical experience and rural living at its best. She came back to Mumbai to work selflessly in the charitable BaiJerbai Wadia Hospital for Children before setting up her own Day Surgery Operating Theatre Facilty in  Kemps Corner in Mumbai. She then visited The Westmead Childrens Hospital in Sydney, Australia when she gained some valuable experience in Pediatric surgery.
